…..my dream is to be happy. After I’m done with school, I would like to live overseas for a year. Teach English, learn something different, take in a new perspective on life. Then I want to move to Cali, where the dreamers live. I love Texas but I just don’t feel like this is where I belong. Cali is the mission, not that I can’t be who I am in Texas but I want to be inspired. I just feel like Texas is not for me and I want to go with my gut instinct; I want to take a risk and follow my dreams. I simply just want to be happy and I just want to be me.
It’s tricky figuring out where one wants to be. I gotta say that for myself - I guess I’m getting older - I really Texas, especially the Dallas area. Then again, I’ve been there for a while and have a ton of friends.
I guess I can say this: wherever one wants to try to establish oneself, it helps to have connections.
